Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is currently hiring Emergency Medicine physicians and nocturnists to join the team at Advent Health in Port Charlotte, FL.

Full-time / Part-time / PRN considered

Emergency Department Details:

• 34-bed ED | 30,400 annual volume| 25% admit rate
• EHR:
  Epic
• Physician Coverage: 6a-3p, 12p-12a, 1p-10p, 9p-6a*
• APP Coverage: M-F 10a-10p, 3-MID;
  Sat-Sun 10a-10p, 3p-1a

Pay Model:

• 1099 $300/hr flat [limited availability]
• W2 RVU, avg $260+/hr, offering unlimited earning potential for productivity driven providers

* Additional bonus per shift for nights

** Sign-On Bonus Authorized for FT physicians

Hospital: (Strong specialty support)

• Cardiovascular Surgery/Cardiothoracic Surgery (run the codes outside of ED)
• Interventional Cardiology
• Internal Medicine/Geriatrics
• Orthopedics
• Gastroenterology
• Psychiatry
• Hospital Medicine (handle admissions)
