This position is located in Port Charlotte, FL (On Site). It is a full‑time role with a compensation range of $75,000 to $125,000 per year.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our dealership.
• Consult with customers to understand their service requirements and concerns, and accurately document their vehicle information and service history.
• Perform vehicle walk‑arounds and inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer preferences.
• Provide clear and detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates and timelines, to help customers make informed decisions.
• Coordinate service appointments and manage the service schedule to ensure timely completion of work and maximize service department efficiency.
• Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicle and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Liaise with service technicians and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of customer issues.
• Upsell additional services and accessories as appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.

• Previous experience in automotive service advisory or customer service roles, preferably within a dealership environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance requirements.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications related to service management.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
