Celtic Realty Advisors is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our property in Port Arthur, Texas. The Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Property Manager. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, able to multi-task, have a professional and positive attitude, and be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to residents, co-workers, and vendors.
Must have reliable transportation, own tools, knowledge of appliance repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC equipment repairs & installations, electrical repairs, and all facets of apartment make-ready. The ideal candidate will be willing to rotate after-hours on-call emergency schedule. The candidate will also be responsible for helping maintain the property, with a minimum of 1+ years of experience.
EPA/HVAC Universal certification required.
Must be dependable and punctual with a clear background check.
Must have a valid Driver License or Government Issued .
