The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, with the ability to fulfill the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value and appreciate the customer.
• Ensure a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and hold a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing, and counting skills must be sufficient regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance required to complete tasks.

• Mostly indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle; long periods may be required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to promote a safe environment.

• Travel as needed; push/pull up to 2,000 lbs with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally; move and transfer merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, and climb ladders regularly.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Complete all training and safely access all store areas.
