Role Overview:

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and overseeing the operation of a store. Responsibilities include maximizing sales and profitability through controlling expenses, reducing shrinkage, managing human resources, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 21 years
• Prior retail management experience required
• Physical demands: more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
