SummaryWe are partnering with a well-established restaurant in the heart of Port Arthur, TX, seeking a driven and hands‑on Restaurant Shift Manager to lead others, provide exceptional guest experiences, and grow within a rapidly expanding local brand.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and quality service
- Supervise, train, and motivate front‑of‑house staff to achieve company standards
- Address customer concerns promptly to foster a positive guest experience
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply ordering
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Assist with cash management, including drawer handling and end‑of‑shift reconciliations
- Support management in implementing company policies and procedures
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team‑building abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain efficient in a fast‑paced environment
- Problem‑solving mindset focused on solutions
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Selected candidates must train for two weeks at our Orange, TX location before beginning work in Port Arthur.
