Port Arthur, TX (Two-Week Training in Orange, TX)

$15 per hour

M-F 8am - 4pm CST

We are partnering with a well-established restaurant in the heart of Port Arthur, TX, seeking a driven and hands‑on Restaurant Shift Manager to lead others, provide exceptional guest experiences, and grow within a rapidly expanding local brand.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and quality service
• Supervise, train, and motivate front‑of‑house staff to achieve company standards
• Address customer concerns promptly to foster a positive guest experience
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply ordering
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Assist with cash management, including drawer handling and end‑of‑shift reconciliations
• Support management in implementing company policies and procedures

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management (preferred)
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain efficient in a fast‑paced environment
• Problem‑solving mindset focused on solutions
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Selected candidates must train for two weeks at our Orange, TX location before beginning work in Port Arthur.
