Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
  • Valid LVN/LPN – Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License
Responsibilities
  • Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
  • Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
  • Document in EMR relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition in accordance with nursing practices.
  • Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assign duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by CNA staff to maintain highest practical well-being of patients.
