Maintenance Leader

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support day-to-day maintenance operations across the manufacturing floor
• Oversee a team of Maintenace Supervisors who oversee mechanics and a team of I&E Techs, with the support of team leads.
• Delegate and monitor maintenance tasks, ensuring optimal equipment performance
• Serve as backup to Maintenance Manager
• Train and develop maintenance team members to reach their highest potential
• Help manage and improve the Preventive Maintenance program
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed
• Drive continuous improvements through strategic planning and project completion
• Collaborate with other department leaders to meet company goals
• Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to safety/maintenance procedures
• Participate in annual budgeting and department strategy

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of production equipment and industrial systems
• Ability to read and sketch mechanical drawings
• Solid computer skills ( knowledge a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and accountable
