Responsible for the administrative requirements of the customer and GFL. Monitor activities of the crews ure work is completed to schedule and all health and safety codes are observed. Primarily responsible for ensuring excellence in project execution while maintaining and strengthening positive relationships with customers and contractors working in the office and in the field. Other duties will evolve with capacity requirements and the flow and growth of our business.

The position requires that the incumbent be capable of managing and responding to variable field-based expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the vision and values of the organization.
• Follow all established organizational policies and procedures.
• Keep accurate log of inventory in all 90 day storage areas
• Daily/weekly inspections/record keeping of all 90 day storage areas
• Daily LMRA's with crew and in plant drivers before each task
• Promote and participate in a work environment free of workplace harassment and violence.
• Perform work in a safe manner, so as not to endanger oneself or others.
• Reporting workplace hazards, accidents or other occurrences that may pose a risk to the organization or the safety of oneself or others.
• Participate in team/staff meetings when required.
• Working closely and collaboratively with the Branch leadership, actively oversee and the successful execution of projects as assigned.
• Direct responsibility for leading the crew in the field, requesting equipment, and related resources, coordinating the overall flow of site activity, and proactively updating issues with those who need to know.
• Adapt to changing project and customer circumstances by developing workable and cost-effective contingency plans that respect overall project guidelines and contribute to planned outcomes.
• Strengthen relationships with customers and business (sub) contractors.
• Troubleshooting, problem solving, and effective communication are key success factors in sustaining relationships within the project work environment. Identify worksite issues to be resolved through site surveys for potential locations.
• Ensure the highest degree of compliance with standards and regulations related to Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental legislation in all phases of project activity.
• Actively contribute as required to ensure that projects maintain forward momentum. This will require a high degree of hands-on versatility with the ability to supervise work and operate equipment at job sites, consult with customers and execute contingency plans in a timely manner, and secure replacement or additional resources on jobs.
• Work in a manner that preserves confidentiality and minimizes risk.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Valid Driver's License and comfortable driving a company vehicle for various work-related needs.
• Valid Certification in First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid TWIC (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid RCRA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Comfort with various software platforms, Google Meet, Gmail, other Google platforms.
• Able to adjust to a flexible working schedule based on customer needs (Evenings and Weekends).
• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle unanticipated issues that require urgent decision making.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team effort, and a willingness to be very hands-on.#GFLTalent
