: Associate TA Specialist

Contract
: 12 months

Location
:
Port Arthur, TX (5 days a week onsite working 10 hour days)

• Analyze client requirements and qualify candidates by conducting telephone or face-to-face interviews according to identified qualification standards
• Identify areas of potential optimization and share them with management
• Assist with coordinating organization for recruiting events, such as job fairs, open houses, and invitation-only events
• Identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates from the candidate pipeline

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 to 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience required
• Ability to work independently and drive personal success
