The Infrastructure Global Business Unit (GBU) is executing site civil and marine scopes of work associated with our scopes of work on the Energy GBU LNG projects.

The candidate will serve as the Civil Wick Drain Superintendent on the upcoming Port Arthur LNG project. The work location is Port Arthur, TX. This position is contingent upon project award.

Port Arthur LNG, LLC (PALNG) is developing a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on a site located on the western shoreline of the Port Arthur Canal in Jefferson County, Texas. The project base scope will include two (2) identical LNG trains, two (2) LNG Storage Tanks, one (1) LNG Carrier Berth, and associated utilities/facilities. The Project is to be constructed on a parcel of land located at State Highway 87 south of Port Arthur, Texas, between the inner coastal waterway bridge and Keith Lake.

Serves as liaison at the project site between Project Procurement for reporting of undelivered materials, Field Procurement for stored materials, and Construction personnel for accurate reporting of materials required for work package installation. Coordinates with responsible groups that materials are provided in a timely manner and in sufficient quantity to support the completion of construction work. Ensures accurate distribution of materials to Construction and/or (Sub) Contractor installation locations.

Implements planned inventory control mechanisms, assists in early identification of surplus or unneeded materials, and coordinates material availability in support of design revisions or rework. #LI-CS1

• Leads a team of Material Coordination personnel on a large project
• Provides expertise, advice, and direction for project and field materials management activities to ensure the overall organizational effectiveness among all functions responsible for the materials management process
• Communicates material availability to project stakeholders based on the Construction installation sequence and ensures efficiency of all materials issued to Construction
• Utilizes the components of the project Materials Automation Plan to monitor related data transfers among disciplines and their related systems
• Understands the projects Advance Work Packaging plan and strategy and ensures material related information is available and accurate
• Assists Construction, Field Engineering, and/or Subcontractors with the use of Digital Supply Chain to request required materials to meet the Construction schedule
• Coordinates material availability in support of design revisions, rework, contingency, or workaround plans
