Port Arthur LNG, LLC (PALNG) is developing a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on a site located on the western shoreline of the Port Arthur Canal in Jefferson County, Texas. The project base scope will include two (2) identical LNG trains, two (2) LNG Storage Tanks, one (1) LNG Carrier Berth, and associated utilities/facilities. The Project is to be constructed on a parcel of land located along State Highway 87 south of Port Arthur, Texas, between the inner coastal waterway bridge and Keith Lake.

The Piping Superintendent is responsible for supervising and directing operations within the piping discipline. Supervises and directs piping craft professionals, subordinate supervisors, and others, as assigned. Ensures assigned construction performance is following specifications and withinակայն schedules and budgets. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule if required, including, but not limited to night shift, split shift, or day shift.

Leadership / Supervision (Discipline Supervision up to 50 craft)

• Supervises and/or directs craft activities as assigned.
• Schedules work to be performed and reviews work accomplished by each craft.

Planning / Productivityिरहेको

• Determines workforce requirements.
• Coordinates established area operational plans.
• Monitors tool and equipment usage on the site.
• Oversees the preparation of Field Material Requisition s for tools and consumables and ensures that the crafts have the tools they require to be productive.

Safety & Quality

• Ensures the most current design document is used to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation.
• Ensures assigned construction operations and subcontractors’ performance are in compliance

Technical

• Works with Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents.
• Oversees engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Foremen and Craft Professionals.

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.

• Provide ES,H,L leadership to personnel assigned to the piping department. This includes preparation and implementation of safety procedures and leading Bechtel and subcontractor safety meetings.
• Inspect site for unsafe conditions and practices and take appropriate corrective action to correct breaches.
• Coordinate safety training and enforce safe work practices at all times in conjunction with the Environmental Safety and Health Supervisor.
• Champion the cause of ZERO Accident Philosophy. Ensure that Bechtel and local/national safety codes, requirements and standards are being complied with within assigned area of responsibility.
• Monitor the activities of craft to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules. Responsible for the cost, schedule and optimization of craft labor and löydning the 90 day and 3 week look ahead schedules for labor and equipment.
