• Help customers achieve home ownership through affordable, customizable housing
• Educate buyers on tiny home living
  , park models, ADUs, and manufactured homes
• Showcase homes and explain customization options, layouts, and features
• Guide customers through the purchasing steps
• Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Follow up with leads and manage your sales pipeline
• Represent a housing solution that truly changes lives

• You help families, retirees, and first-time buyers own a home they can afford
• You promote simpler living, lower costs, and smarter housing choices
• You sell homes that are modern, energy-efficient, and customizable

• Sales experience preferred (housing, real estate, RV, or retail is a plus)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Passion for affordable housing, tiny homes, or alternative living
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
• Comfortable working at our dealership or out at home sites

• Competitive commission or commission + base pay structure
• Training on manufactured homes, tiny homes, and ADUs, and sales
