The primary responsibility of the Customer Care Representative (CCR) Espresso Operator is to conduct all functions pertinent to the operation of the espresso bar including the sale of espresso, beverages and food and gift items. Duties also include stocking and ordering supplies, planning specials, setting the daily espresso bar menu, preparing drinks, attending to customers promptly, ringing up sales accurately and balancing the till.
Additional duties include rotation and attractive display of product and maintaining a clean and inviting environment in the espresso unit and waiting area.
Secondarily, the incumbent will work under the supervision of the Production Manager to perform a variety of services related to timely delivery of patient meals while accurately following the 10 step meal delivery protocols. Additional duties may include dish washing, retrieval of trays, restocking, dating, labeling and rotation, washing and sorting fresh fruit and vegetable items, bussing and cleaning tables, food prep of simple food items and other related tasks.
EducationEDUCATION High school diploma or equivalent required. Training in business or customer service preferred.
ExperienceExperience Prior experience in the hospitality industry (espresso, restaurant or hotel) preferred.
Licensure/CredentialsLICENSURE/CREDENTIALS Food Handler’s Permit required. Serv Safe certification and barista certification preferred.
