• Shift Differentials / Premiums:
  Evening $3.00/hour, Night $5.00/hour
• Weekend & Holiday Shifts Yes
• On Call Shifts No
• Retention Incentive $10,000
• Premiums:
  Weekend Premium $4.50/hour, Standby Premium $4.00/hour, Charge Premium $3.25/hour, Float/PM Premium $2.50/hour, Per Diem Premium 15% (on rate of pay, in lieu of benefits), Certification Premium $2.00/hour

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the nursing care of patients within the facility. Supports and promotes a positive image of professional nursing. Sees patients under a variety of circumstances. Subject to varying and unpredictable situations. Handles emergency or crisis situations.

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing required.

• Minimum two years’ experience preferred with Emergency and/or ICU experience.

• Current Washington State RN license required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required within 30 days of hire.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) required within 6 months of hire. Preference for both PALS and ENPC within 6 months of hire, but required to have at least one within 6 months of hire, and both within 1 year of hire.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required within six months of hire.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required within 30 days of hire.
