Overview

Office Manager Needed! Caring Places Management is actively seeking an Office Manager to join our Assisted Living & Memory Care Community, Laurel Place, located in Port Angeles, WA. The Office Manager reports directly to the Administrator and fills a crucial role within the community by managing the daily operations of the front office. In addition to serving as the Personnel/Payroll liaison to the Managing Company, the Office Manager assists the Administrator in all phases of facility organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily front office operations.
  • Serve as Personnel/Payroll liaison to the Managing Company.
  • Assist the Administrator in all phases of facility organization.

Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills, friendly and personable
  • Commitment to providing exemplary customer service
  • Prior experience in a leadership or management position is preferred
  • Prior experience in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care is a PLUS
