What Will You Do in This Role? As a Certified Nursing Assistant | CNA, you will be responsible for delivering and assisting residents with daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities and social programs, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.

• Deliver and assist residents with daily needs and personal care
• Prepare residents for activities and social programs
• Follow accepted standards of practice and regulatory requirements
• Provide basic nursing care under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic personality
• Active, in-good-standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
• Prior CNA experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings preferred
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
