Planner Scheduler Associate

Planner Scheduler Associate balances material availability and inventory levels required to achieve revenue plans, inventory levels, and minimize work interruptions due to material shortages.

You will do this by

Responds to a variety of requests regarding planning and scheduling

Investigates scope of requests and consults with appropriate personnel to determine scheduling status and/or feasibility

Determines the capacity to complete request and develops schedule and lead‑times accordingly

Coordinates with others to facilitate the timely completion of the scheduled routine request

Prepares and maintains a variety of supporting documents related to the planned request as required

Ensures the production facility has adequate materials on hand while maintaining established inventory levels

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse groups of people
Demonstrated organizational skills to handle multiple and conflicting priorities
Ability to work independently and anticipate and solve problems
Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
High School Diploma
Minimum of one year experience in shipping/receiving or related manufacturing functions
