Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Position Description

Uses advanced technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plant production equipment. Performs all duties associated with the setup of a variety of production equipment to produce quality products.

Job Responsibilities
  • Instructs, monitors and communicates requirements for safety, quality and production.
  • Performs duties related to automation, robotics, and machine shop fabrication.
  • Works with engineers and vendors to resolve complex process or equipment issues efficiently.
  • Maintains statistical process control charts, interprets data, and performs trend analysis for process adjustments.
  • Trains employees, assigns work, provides feedback, and addresses issues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Job Skills Requirements
    • Advanced troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems.
    • Knowledge of tooling practices and applications.
    • Leadership, teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Computer proficiency.
    • Fluent in English and area language.
    Education and Experience

    High School diploma or equivalent; 3 years of relevant technical experience.

    Certifications

    Forklift certification required.

    Physical & Environmental Requirements

    Ability to lift, carry, stand, walk, push, pull, bend, kneel, twist, crawl, reach, and operate tools and vehicles as needed over full shifts. Exposure to noise requiring hearing protection.
