Primary Purpose Of JobAssists with various retail account servicing operational duties in order to offer excellent customer service to our branches and customers.

- Ensures the confidentiality of customer non-public personal information and secures information systems to comply with bank regulations.
- Reviews Internet Banking secure message contact changes;
- Performs account clean up;
- Assists branches to service customers;
- Assists branches with account maintenance questions
- Performs monthly reviews of Credit Cards;
- Performs maintenance on various accounts;
- Opens new lead accounts;
- Coordinates branch supply orders;
- Processes charge off disputes;
- Reviews overdrawn accounts and requests;
- Assists branches and external customers with charged off accounts;
- Assists with administration of daily ODP program processing; and,
- Completes and performs any other duties as assigned.
Skills And Abilities
- Good organizational skills;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Good interpersonal communication and computer skills; and,
- Highly attentive to detail and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
