To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Development Engineer located in Suzhou Wuzhong
.

Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, the Test Development Engineer role involves…

• Participate in the test requirements analysis of the product, responsible for designing of test Principle and the preparation of the software testing process
• Be able to plan and implement the development of software and hardware, quickly and effectively solve the problems which found in the development process, and follow up the analysis and report on the problems
• Responsible for the system verification of the whole test scheme
• Perform detailed analysis and accurate positioning of the problems found in the development, and discuss the solution with the customer developer
• Perform statistical analysis of test data and complete related reports such as CGK ,G&R or CMK, etc.
• Optimization and improvement of existing test station(test software and hardware)
• Preparation of the user manual.
• Production line expert support.

• Bachelor's Degree, Major Computer, communication related.
• 5 years above related working experience
• Serial & Bus Communication protocols:
  Ethernet/Profinet, RS232/422/485, Modbus, CAN Open, Ether
  
  CAT, Profibus, TCP/IP and others
• Be able to understand hardware circuit diagrams. Can be using AD / Canence / PADS Logic/E-work/E-plan/others to draw circuit diagram.
• PLC/IPC logic & programming, troubleshooting, and configuration with industry leading vendors (Beckhoff, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, etc’…)
• Data gathering, Data analytics, reporting and dash boards.
• Good professional English reading skills, and normally oral English communication
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Strong learning ability and anti-pressure.
• Automotive Electronics related experience is preferred.
