Planner Scheduler Associate

Planner Scheduler Associate balances material availability and inventory levels required to achieve revenue plans, inventory levels, and minimize work interruptions due to material shortages.

• Responds to a variety of requests regarding planning and scheduling
• Investigates scope of requests and consults with appropriate personnel to determine scheduling status and/or feasibility
• Determines the capacity to complete request and develops schedule and lead-times accordingly
• Coordinates with others to facilitate the timely completion of the scheduled routine request
• Prepares and maintains a variety of supporting documents related to the planned request as required
• Ensures the production facility has adequate materials on hand while maintaining established inventory levels
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse groups of people
• Demonstrated organizational skills to handle multiple and conflicting priorities
• Ability to work independently and anticipate and solve problems
• Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
• High School Diploma
• Minimum of one year experience in shipping/receiving or related manufacturing functions
