Title:

Safety Security Officer

• Parking Management & Parking Software Reports & Investigates Safety & Security Hazards;
  Responds immediately & attempts resolution to situations that prove a potential threat.
• Offers assistance in situations of issues of Safety & Security.
• Maintains Safety & Security Training and Participates in Emergency Response Situations.
• Assistance to Customers & Staff; self-motivated and a problem solver.
• Have skills necessary to maintain, operate and enforce the Parking Management Program & Policy.
• Plan shifts to address, report and document incidents that are or have occurred that are potential safety security issues; may be involved in high risk situations.
• Conducts and enforces surveillance of the property to include the building & parking lots.
• Have a basic working knowledge of Security Access Control Systems and Fire Alarm & Fire Automatic Sprinkler Suppress ions System; conduct as the 1st Responder, assess situation needs, communicate and coordinate resources.
• Offers assistance to customers and staff in directions, escorts, access issues; exercises good judgment, leadership and a professional demeanor.

• High School Diploma or General Studies - Preferred

• 2-3 Years Security or Law Enforcement Equivalent - Required
• 1-2 Years Healthcare Security - Preferred
