At Home - 300 Tanger Outlet Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Plan and lead transitions, reinventions, and resets within designated zones to drive sales and maintain visual integrity.;
Manage daily/weekly workload in partnership with Zone Manager to meet visual merchandising and sales goals.;
Participate in freight processes and stock designated areas, including down stocking and end cap maintenance.;
Support customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention to keep store profitable.;
Coach and train team members on visual merchandising priorities and creation of visual moments.
