The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance andsvg coaching to改变.Brand Reps and Stock Associations, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and drives store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

- Schedule will vary weekly, but should expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week.
- Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.
- During peak time frames, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
- Education – High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Retail Experience – At least 1 year preferred.
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience – Not required.
