As an Applebee's Host/Server Assistant you will greet guests with a warm welcome, assist servers in providing exceptional customer service, and maintain the overall flow of the restaurant.

• Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome.
• Assist servers in delivering exceptional guest service.
• Maintain overall guest flow and seating efficiency.
• Manage guest communication and reservation requests.

• Minimum age 17 years.

• Ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours.
• Can safely reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks throughout the shift.
• Use disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands with soap throughout the shift.
