Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia is required.

Overview

In this role, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to our clinical and non‑clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. This role requires a visionary leader with strong clinical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for home health care. The Home Health Branch Manager will oversee the operations of our home health agency in Pooler, GA, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the clinical operations of your team of field staff and report directly to the Agency Administrator.
  • Organize, be detail‑oriented, and possess effective communication skills (both orally and in writing).
  • Understand issues related to the delivery of home health care services and be able to problem‑solve.
  • Leverage previous home health and management experience.
  • Maintain an excellent knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines to review plans of care daily.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia is required.
  • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
  • Minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
  • Medicare home‑health experience is strongly preferred.
  • Previous management/supervisory experience is preferred.
