Position PurposeThis position is responsible for performing all powder paint activities within the Paint Shop.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities- Perform all operations and activities related to the powder paint processes
- Perform labor operations such as loading/unloading of the paint line using the manipulators or forklifts
- Operate hand tools to demask product
- Properly prep/mask machine/parts for paint.
- Apply Continuous Improvement Tools and Techniques to improve inspection methods
- Operate Crane and Rigging Equipment
- Apply Problem Solving Tools and Techniques in an effort to assist Manufacturing in the elimination of defects
- Other duties as assigned
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks and any pre-employments tests as applicable.
- High school diploma
- One year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with a forklift
- High school diploma
- One year of experience with paint in a manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing/factory environment
- Subject to noise and temperature changes

- Must be able to work flexible schedule
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10lbs, frequently and/or move up to 35lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to perform continuous, repetitious physical activities. These activities may involve fine movements or large motions.
- Must be able to grasp/pinch small items, reach out and up, and turn wrist.
- Must be capable of.
- Must be able to push/pull with reasonable force.
- Must be able to perform the following requirements of bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, time.
- Must be able to work in multiple climates including hot/cold temperatures, and dusty environment.
