This position is responsible for performing all powder paint activities within the Paint Shop.

• Perform all operations and activities related to the powder paint processes
• Perform labor operations such as loading/unloading of the paint line using the manipulators or forklifts
• Operate hand tools to demask product
• Properly prep/mask machine/parts for paint.
• Apply Continuous Improvement Tools and Techniques to improve inspection methods
• Operate Crane and Rigging Equipment
• Apply Problem Solving Tools and Techniques in an effort to assist Manufacturing in the elimination of defects
• Other duties as assigned

• Must pass any drug screens, background checks and any pre-employments tests as applicable.
• High school diploma
• One year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with a forklift

• High school diploma
• One year of experience with paint in a manufacturing environment

• Manufacturing/factory environment
• Subject to noise and temperature changes

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

• Must be able to work flexible schedule
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10lbs, frequently and/or move up to 35lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to perform continuous, repetitious physical activities. These activities may involve fine movements or large motions.
• Must be able to grasp/pinch small items, reach out and up, and turn wrist.
• Must be capable of.
• Must be able to push/pull with reasonable force.
• Must be able to perform the following requirements of bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, time.
• Must be able to work in multiple climates including hot/cold temperatures, and dusty environment.
