As we expand into our new Pooler, GA location, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join our award-winning team.
Position OverviewThe Production Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations related to fence project execution. This role requires a strong leader with experience managing crews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and schedule installation crews to ensure timely project completion
- Oversee job quality, safety, and efficiency across all active projects
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to maintain smooth workflows
- Provide leadership, training, and support to field staff
- Monitor materials, equipment, and inventory to avoid delays
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Prior management experience in fence construction
- Prior installation or building experience in fencing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with good driver history
- Computer and CRM System experience (Salesforce experience a plus)
