Starting hourly pay $17-$18

• Building relationships: create lifelong connections with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Managing your own termite service route: handle daily operations with excellent time management.
• Perform both preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Solve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
• Communicate regularly and consistently with customers.
• Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional service.
• Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset, especially when handling company equipment and driving the vehicle.

• Starting hourly pay $17-$18, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

• Safely use ladders within manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb up to 32 feet.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
