Provide preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of material handling systems, using mechanical power transmission, electrical and PLC/controls with welding/fabrication.;
Diagnose and repair the most complex problems in facility systems; interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.;
Mentor and develop lower-level technicians; design and implement training programs.;
Develop scopes of work and project plans for small-scale local projects; lead cross-shift teams to complete projects.;
Utilize Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software to enter and retrieve data; maintain documentation of maintenance activities.
