Responsibilities- Partner with local area teams to develop and manage client relationships with toll agencies worldwide.
- Champion projects and programs for toll facility clients across HDR’s 36 operating areas, enhancing and expanding HDR’s suite of toll industry services.
- Deliver services including AET conversions, planning and design for technology, payment methods, and advisory services, as well as mobility and operational technology such as ATST, ITS, CAV, tolling system development and operations, managed lanes, ZEM, and OT cybersecurity.
- Provide advisory services in asset management, ROW, value engineering, and funding and finance.
- Lead the growth of tolling services by researching market trends, supporting opportunities, building client relationships, and evaluating investments to capture new tolling opportunities.
- Collaborate with HDR leaders to broaden tolling services and provide professional development for staff delivering services to toll clients.
- Lead HDR’s industry organization strategy, including participation in IBTTA and related groups.
- PE preferred.
- Recognized leader in the Toll Roads/Toll Facilities space.
- Proven ability to set and execute growth strategy for a practice, ideally in the Tolling market.
- Established relationships with major toll clients and DOTs.
- Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, planning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
- Experience in developing and managing strategic marketing programs for architecture, engineering, and planning services.
- Experience managing a wide range of client relationships and overseeing project pursuits.
- Experience in staff development, including recruiting, career paths, and professional growth.
- Active involvement with industry associations and a visible market sector profile.
- Ability to work cooperatively with Area Market Sector Directors, Business Class Directors, Regional Business Group Directors, and other HDR leaders.
- Demonstrated commitment to HDR values and employee‑owned culture.

Compensation ranges by location and experience: e.g., Orlando, FL – $195,135–$324,007.
