Optometrist – Full‑time – Private Practice (Practice with Autonomy) – Pooler, GA

Eyes On Eyecare is a state‑of‑the‑art private practice located in Pooler, GA. We’re seeking an enthusiastic optometrist who values independence and full‑scope practice.

• Conduct routine eye wellness examinations.
• Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses.
• Treat dry eye, eye allergies, and other ocular conditions.
• Provide eye disease treatment, including diabetic eye exams.
• Co‑manage LASIK and cataract surgeries.
• Perform comprehensive eye screenings such as glaucoma testing, retinal evaluation, and vision assessments.

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree (or pending).
• Valid Georgia state license to practice optometry (or pending).
• Open availability, strong efficiency, and a desire for independence and autonomy.

Exposure: Full‑scope practice that includes glaucoma testing, dry eye evaluation, diabetic retinopathy screening, cataract detection, macular degeneration assessment, eye coordination evaluation, and co‑management of cataract and LASIK surgeries.

Environment: Dedicated technician for autorefractor and pre‑testing, front‑desk support, and equipment such as Optomap screening and automatic refractor.
