Budget Blinds of Pooler & Statesboro is seeking a career‑minded professional to join our team. The position is for a full time (40‑45 hours per week) Scheduling & Customer Service Professional at our Pooler location. You will schedule both installations and consultations for our customers as well as assist customers with their window covering needs. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask various admin duties and be able to provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
We will provide necessary training and continuing education for you to succeed in this position. Scheduling experience is a plus. At Budget Blinds, we pride ourselves on a team atmosphere and seek to promote within.
- Scheduling Installations and Consultations
- Answering customer phone calls
- Consult with customers in the showroom by providing product knowledge
- Follow up with online lead inquiries
- Review order confirmations for accuracy
- Assist Sales Team by converting orders and editing quotes
- Ensure showroom is neat and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Pleasant, professional, and friendly attitude
- Professional appearance
- Time-Management/Multi-task skills
- Self‑starter and takes initiative
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Creative problem solver
Work in a team environment - Fluent in English
- Previous Scheduling experience
- Customer Service 2 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office 1 year (Required)
- Associates Degree or higher (Preferred)
Position starting at $20 per hour.
