Evening Warehouse Supervisor - Poole | £30-35k + hands-on, varied logistics role

We're looking for an organised and proactive Evening Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Administrator to join a busy pallet network operation in Poole. This role is perfect if you enjoy a hands-on logistics environment, coordinating operations between warehouse and transport teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly during afternoon and evening shifts.

In this role, you'll be the link between warehouse and transport teams, ensuring pallet network operations run efficiently:

• Coordinate and supervise network activities to maintain operational standards
• Allocate and label pallet network freight accurately
• Organise segregation of pallet network trunks for onward distribution
• Scan network trunks and maintain high accuracy (95%)
• Assist with forklift driving during peak periods (valid FLT licence required)
• Liaise with pallet networks and customers for updates
• Support national logistics operations and provide guidance to drivers
• Monitor and enforce load security and safe handling of freight
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and conduct equipment checks
• Provide administrative support in the warehouse, including scanning, manifesting, and record-keeping

We want someone reliable, hands-on, and confident working in a fast-paced logistics environment:

• Previous experience in transport, warehouse operations, or warehouse administration (pallet network experience desirable)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
• Valid forklift licence (counterbalance)
• IT literate, comfortable with scanning and manifesting systems
• Proactive, adaptable, and a team player
