• Managing import shipments from arrival to delivery for both air and sea freight
• Overseeing customs documentation and compliance requirements
• Liaising with airlines, shipping lines, hauliers, and third‑party providers
• Maintaining accurate shipment data and financial records
• Resolving operational challenges to ensure timely deliveries

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in import operations (air and sea preferred)
• Commercial awareness and analytical skills (advantageous)
