Are you a hands‑on Software Developer who enjoys building systems that power a business, not just maintaining them?

This is a permanent position that starts with taking the lead on a super interesting project involving development of a modern SaaS ERP implementation during a business transformation.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll get involved in building customisations, integrations and workflows that directly shape how the business operates day to day.

• Salary of £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience

• You enjoy translating real business problems into clean, maintainable technical solutions
• You’re comfortable working across a variety of systems including ERP, data, APIs, and reporting
• You like having ownership and accountability, rather than being one of many developers

• You’re happy working on‑site in Poole, collaborating face‑to‑face technical colleagues and other teams

• Strong experience with C# and .NET (Framework or Core)
• Solid understanding of SQL Server and T‑SQL
• Experience building API integrations (REST / SOAP)
• Comfortable working with JSON and XML
• Experience using Git, SDLC principles, and agile ways of working
• Exposure to ERP systems (any platform)
• Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably Azure)
• Familiarity with reporting or BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik) is desirable
• An analytical mindset with strong ownership and accountability

• Based in Poole, Dorset (on‑site)
• Working hours:
  
  8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday (1 hour for lunch)
