KSD Support Services Ltd is part of the KSD Group, a leading building maintenance and facilities management provider operating across the UK. The company delivers comprehensive FM services to a portfolio of prestigious clients, including major retail, hospitality, and commercial organisations such as Tesco and Stonegate Group.

The main purpose of this role is to carry out planned and reactive drainage tasks safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This includes diagnosing and resolving drainage issues, performing maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety and environmental regulations.

• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Operate CCTV camera equipment.
• Complete drainage surveys and technical reports, and cascade key data/photos to relevant personnel.
• Diagnose and identify faults and failures with equipment and systems, provide solutions, and raise escalation where necessary.
• Repair and maintain sewage systems, drain/gullet cleaning, pump stations, etc.
• Clear blockages using high‑pressure water jetting and other methods.
• Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken, including daily worksheets and site photos.
• Ensure Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
• Build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.
• Participate in the out‑of‑hour service on a rota basis, on average 1 in 4 weeks.

• Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Ability to prioritise all allocated work sensibly and efficiently.
• Great team player with ability to work on own initiative.
• Experience using jetting equipment, CCTV survey systems, and drainage repair tools.
• Confident using handheld IT equipment – basic understanding of Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Excellent timekeeping and communication skills.
• Full industry recognised qualification at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• CSCS Card or equivalent.

• Previous experience in drainage maintenance (domestic, commercial, or industrial).
• City & Guilds Confined Space certification.
• High‑pressure water jetting qualification.
• First Aid certificate.
• Asbestos Awareness certificate.

• Role involves working 45 hours per week. Must be flexible with working days/hours, working away, early starts, late finishes and some weekend work.
• Participate in an out‑of‑hours service rota (approx. 1 week in every 6 weeks). This will involve unsocial hours, weekends and public and bank holidays.
• Regular overtime available.
