This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Poole. The Sales Executive will engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and recommend suitable products and services. Daily responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, maintaining updated knowledge of available vehicles, negotiating sales deals, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and working collaboratively with the broader sales and service teams to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications- Strong sales, communication, and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, including familiarity with vehicle features and specifications
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in automotive sales or a similar field is advantageous
- A valid driver's license and the ability to work on-site in Poole
