Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Night Manager located in Poole. The Lead Night Manager will oversee nightly store operations, managing a team to ensure smooth running and high standards throughout shifts. Key responsibilities include ensuring the stock is replenished and ready for trading, maintaining health and safety guidelines, monitoring performance, providing direction to the team, and addressing any challenges that arise.

The role requires effective collaboration, leadership, and communication to ensure excellent customer service and operational success.

• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to the dynamic needs of a retail environment
• Previous experience in a managerial role within retail or a similar industry is desirable
• Basic IT and administrative skills for managing reports and operational tasks
