A local healthcare provider in Poole is looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their supportive Primary Care Network on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will conduct patient assessments, prescribe medications, and work within a collaborative team. Responsibilities include managing various acute and chronic health conditions while ensuring continuity of care. Previous experience as an ANP and holding a Digital Badge are preferred.

Flexible hours are available mostly on Wednesdays and Fridays.
