Engagement Support Executive

As an Engagement Support Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing the Engagement volunteer branded clothing process.
• Ensuring all Engagement volunteer data is accurate and promoting the correct data governance practices.
• Managing all Engagement volunteer resources, monitoring stock levels, re-ordering and invoicing.
• Supporting the regional teams as and when required with Engagement volunteer recruitment including onboarding.
• Facilitating reactive future activity agreed between Community Managers and fundraising groups/branches.
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Administration including budgets, reporting and progress updates.
• The administrative tasks within the donation development team.
• You will like to work as part of a team in a busy environment. You will be an excellent communicator who is self‑motivated and enjoys a challenge.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable working cross‑functionally and inclusively within Fundraising and is highly organised, structured and with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
