PR Account Manager

Aspire Jobs are proud to be working alongside our client on an exclusive basis to help recruit them a new PR Account Manager. The agency hasa structured growth plan and 2020 is an exciting time for them.

This role would suit someone who has min 3 years experience either in an agency environment or PR/Marketing environment. They will consider someone from client side who really wants to get into working agency side but that can demonstrate they understand the mix of clients and understand that a different mind set is needed.

You will need to hit the ground running across my clients full range of services, bringing a great track record of supporting clients, with key strengths in writing engaging, newsworthy press releases and experience in media liaison.

The role will not suit a “fluffy” marketer who isn’t driven, passionate and willing to go the extra mile for their clients!

You must be of immaculate appearance and be prepared to go out and see clients when needed as well as attend networking events which could include breakfasts, lunches or dinners.

• Be hungry anddriven to succeed
• Be a car driver with own transport
• Have excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and project manage
• Ideally have some man management experience but this is not essential
• Ideally have a degree in PR, Marketing, Communications or Journalism again not essential
• Have a proven ability to drive results andmanage a range of projects and activities
• Have experience in media relations
• Have previous experience in managing accounts
• Excellent IT skills inc Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong creativity skills with proven ability to be innovative and generate winning ideas.

You will be creative, enthusiastic and have excellent writing skills (attention to detail is key) and be looking to develop your career to the next level.

If you have any focus on digital (SEO/Search) etc then that would also be beneficial.
