We are recruiting for an experienced Mould Shop Manager for a leading manufacturer of cabling systems. The products manufactured encompass various engineering sectors including the automotive and defense markets. The Mould Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the mould shop within our manufacturing shop floor. This role involves managing the team, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality moulds, and maintaining adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.

The Mould Shop Manager will collaborate with various departments to meet production targets and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Salary:

Hours:

Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm (Friday finish at 1.30pm)
