We are on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join the Ryvita team in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to run production lines and manufacture our brilliant products. This is a permanent and full-time position based, working 39 hours per week, Monday – Friday (including paid breaks).

We operate a 3 week shift rotation, your team and line manager rotate shifts at the same time:

Starting salary for this role is £13.10 per hour, however this increases once you complete different training levels and can earn up to £14.35 per hour.

• To operate machinery to agreed parameters
• To work to Bakery Standard Operating Procedures
• To demonstrate personal accountability within the site and ensure that all Health, Safety & Environmental requirements are met
• Follow all Quality systems and procedures to ensure our products meet food safety (HACCP), legal and customer requirements as well as maintaining external standards e.g. BRC, IFS, Femas
• Ensure that all downtime, weight and quality checks, waste and production data is recorded consistently and accurately
• Immediately respond to incidents of production downtime and liaise with the technicians for technical faults
