Monday to Friday role with no weekend working - Evening Shifts
We're recruiting for a Machine Operative to join a growing business based in Holton Heath, Poole. This permanent role offers a hands-on position within a small, friendly team, ideal for someone with previous production or machinery experience who enjoys detailed, practical work.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Machine Operative, your responsibilities will include:
Loading and unloading machinery
Setting up and operating machines to specification
Completing quality checks and measuring products accurately
Working from drawings and following detailed instructions
Packing finished products efficiently and correctly
Maintaining a clean and safe working area
What we're looking for:
To be successful as a Machine Operative, you'll ideally have:
Previous experience in a production or machine operating role
Excellent attention to detail and good manual dexterity
The ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
Confidence using computers and basic PC skills
