Actio Engineering Recruitment is working with a long standing aerospace manufacturer renowned for precision engineering in the Poole area. We are seeking semi skilled CNC Miller Setter/Operators with experience using Fanuc controls to join their growing team.

The Role

You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC Mills to produce high‑precision aerospace components. Working from technical drawings, you’ll ensure parts are machined to exacting standards while maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

* Set and operate CNC Milling machines using Fanuc controls

* Produce high‑accuracy aerospace components to tight tolerances

* Read and interpret engineering drawings

* Perform basic program edits and adjustments

* Carry out quality checks using standard inspection tools

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

* Work effectively as part of a skilled engineering team

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator

* Strong knowledge of Fanuc control systems

* Ability to work to tight tolerances

* Confident with engineering drawings and measurement tools

* A proactive, quality‑focused approach

Shifts & Pay

* Day shifts available

 * £16.80 - £17.80 per hour (DOE)
