Actio Engineering Recruitment is working with a long standing aerospace manufacturer renowned for precision engineering in the Poole area. We are seeking semi skilled CNC Mill/Turn Setter/Operators with experience using Fanuc controls to join their growing team.

The Role

You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC Mill/Turn machines to produce high‑precision aerospace components. Working from technical drawings, you’ll ensure parts are machined to exacting standards while maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

* Set and operate CNC Mill/Turn machines using Fanuc controls

* Produce high‑accuracy aerospace components to tight tolerances

* Read and interpret engineering drawings

* Perform basic program edits and adjustments

* Carry out quality checks using standard inspection tools

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

* Work effectively as part of a skilled engineering team

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator (Mill/Turn)

* Strong knowledge of Fanuc control systems

* Ability to work to tight tolerances

* Confident with engineering drawings and measurement tools

* A proactive, quality‑focused approach

Shifts & Pay

* Day and Night shifts available

 * £16.00 – £21.00+ per hour (DOE)
