Assembly Operative Poole £29,000 per annum Are you looking for a practical, hands-on role where precision and quality matter? As an Assembly Operative, you ll assemble and test a variety of products, working to exacting standards and contributing to innovative projects that make lives cleaner, safer and healthier.

As an Assembly Operative, your responsibilities will include:

Assembling and testing products in line with drawings and procedures
Performing paint spraying and packing to customer specifications
Maintaining quality standards and adhering to operating procedures
Communicating effectively within the team and with the team leader
Participating in continuous improvement activities

As an Assembly Operative, your experience will include:

Ability to use hand tools effectively
Good communication skills and a flexible approach
Manual dexterity and multi-hand coordination
Understanding of health and safety requirements
Ability to read engineering drawings
Prior experience in manufacturing
