CNC Turner​/Miller - Precision Engineering

Salary: 38,000 per year (DOE)

We are currently working with a well-established precision engineering manufacturer in the Poole area who are looking to recruit skilled CNC Turner and Miller to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced CNC Turner or Miller who enjoys working in a high-quality, close-tolerance environment and is looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday position.

• Setting and operating CNC machines (Turning or Milling)

• Editing programs at the machine (where required)

• Working from detailed engineering drawings

• Producing precision components to tight tolerances

• Carrying out first-off and in-process inspection

• Maintaining high standards of quality and housekeeping

• Previous experience as a CNC Turner and/or Miller

• Confident working in a precision engineering environment

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Experience with Fanuc, Mazak, Haas or similar controls (advantageous)

• Quality-focused with good attention to detail

• Salary up to 38,000 per annum, depending on experience

• Monday to Friday working hours

• Overtime available
